▶ ARENA y el reflejo de la desesperación 💔

Arena llegó a la perrera en junio de 2022 y tenía aproximadamente 3 años de edad a su llegada. Ella es una cruce de american staffordshire terrier. Fue rescatada de una vida terrible. El terror más profundo del mundo es lo que reflejaban los ojos de ARENA al llegar a la perrera... Llegó embarazada y aterrorizada del ser humano. La acogimos en la perrera, dio a luz unos hermosos bebés.

Al principio mostraba una desconfianza brutal, nada que ver con la perrita que vemos ahora. Es súper súper tranquila, aun tiene un poco de miedo a lo que no conoce, es súper cariñosa, obediente.. todo lo bueno que pueda haber Arena lo tiene❤

Sale al patio con Lago sin problema, con otras hembras ha tenido contacto y ella como si nada, incluso pasa de los gatos, es completamente un amor, cuando no te conoce puede dudar en acercarse a ti, pero en 5 minutos te la ganas con una chuche o una caricia.

Sus bebés ya no están y ella aqui sigue, ojalá pudieramos hacer ver, que un adulto puede ser igual de maravilloso....

20/8-22 Hoy Arena asistió a un evento en TiendAnimal y lo hizo muy bien. Era su primera salida y, aunque estaba un poco insegura en el nuevo entorno, cogió confianza al estar cerca de los otros perros y de su guía. Es una niña muy dulce ❤️

▶ Arena arrived at Los Barrios pound in May 2022 and was about 3 years old on arrival. She is a gorgeous American staffordshire terrier cross.

This poor girl was rescued from a terrible life. She arrived heavily pregnant and terrified of humans; we can only imagine what she had been through😢 She gave birth to her beautiful puppies not long after arriving at the pound.

At first, she was extremely distrustful, nothing like the dog we see now. Now that she is starting to learn that she is safe, she is showing us her beautiful, sweet nature; she is super calm, very affectionate, obedient…all the good qualities she could have, she has❤️ She is still a bit hesitant to approach people she doesn’t know, but with a stroke or a treat, she soon overcomes her fear.

Arena is good with male dogs, she seems to be fine with females as well, and she has even walked past cats without a problem.

Her puppies are no longer at the pound, but she is still there…. surely, it’s her time now to go to a loving home and start living the life she should have always had…🙏

20/8-22 Today Arena attended an event in TiendAnimal and she did so well. It was her first ever outing, and although she was a little uncertain with the new surroundings, she found confidence by being near the other dogs and her handler. A very sweet girl ❤️
