Mazapán llegó a la perrera con un chip, y debido a esto, tuvo que esperar seis meses para ser liberado y estar disponible para la adopción. Ahora, finalmente está listo para encontrar un nuevo hogar amoroso. Este dulce niño ya ha pasado medio año en una jaula diminuta, pero su espíritu sigue siendo tan brillante como siempre.
Mazapán hace honor a su nombre: es tan dulce como puede ser. Adora a las personas y le encantan los abrazos y las golosinas. Es una estrella en los paseos, manejando la correa con facilidad y sin inmutarse por los coches, las personas u otros perros que pasan. A pesar de vivir solo en una jaula diminuta durante más de 23 horas al día, Mazapán aprovecha al máximo su descanso diario disfrutando de la compañía de perras (solo hembras) en el patio. Ha demostrado una increíble resiliencia y positividad, pero merece mucho más.

▶ Mazapan arrived at Los Barrios pound in December 2023 and was about 2 years old on arrival. He is a gorgeous cross breed that was found presumably abandoned in the streets and brought to the pound.
Mazapan arrived at the pound with a chip, and because of this, he had to wait six months to be released for adoption. Now, he is finally ready to find a new loving home. This sweet boy has already spent half a year in a tiny cage, but his spirit remains as bright as ever.
Mazapan truly lives up to his name—he's as sweet as can be. He adores people and loves cuddles and treats. He's a star on walks, handling the lead with ease and remaining unbothered by cars, people, or other dogs passing by. His calm and friendly demeanor makes him an excellent companion.
Despite living alone in a tiny cage for more than 23 hours a day, Mazapan makes the most of his daily break by enjoying the company of a few other dogs (only females) in the patio. He has shown incredible resilience and positivity, but he deserves so much more.
