Phoebe was sadly handed in by her owner and has shown to be a very timid dog, especially around men, indicating a challenging past. With women, however, she quickly builds trust and warms up easily. Phoebe gets along great with all dogs and would likely benefit from having a friendly canine companion to support her in her new home.
