▶ Sabina arrived at Los Barrios pound in November 2023 and was about 1,5 years old on arrival. She is a gorgeous malinois that was found presumably abandoned in the streets and brought to the pound.
Sabina arrived at the pound alongside another Malinois named Neron. She's a lively young girl with plenty of energy, good with people, and generally okay with other dogs. Sabina and Neron share a cage and enjoy daily outings to the patio with other dogs. While Sabina has a strong character, she can be a bit intense with certain dogs. The high stress levels at the pound aren't ideal for a young Malinois like her, so she requires daily exercise and mental stimulation for a healthy balance.
Sabina loves going for walks and behaves well on the leash, showing no concern around passing cars, people, or other dogs. However, she would thrive best in a family with prior experience with the breed, given her needs and temperament.
